All Griffon Systems’ DVRs are covered under a maintenance agreement for one year from the purchase date.  After that time we will provide a service agreement for subsequent years of coverage based on your direction and a full assessment of your first year’s usage.  The first step in resolving a system issue is to generate a service ticket.  A service ticket will be issued via email at support@griffonsys.com . We strive to respond to the ticket within a 2 hour window and close the service ticket ASAP.
